Carbonized Fiber Packing with PTFE 

Features:
1) Braided by carbonized fiber yarns and treated by lubricant and PTFE
2) Used as heat insulation materials and an excellent substitute for asbestos packing.
It can be used to seal corrosive fluid except strong oxidizer acid, organic solvent,
fluid where contamination is not permissible for centrifugal pumps, plunger pumps
and mixers valves
3) YP015 packing without PTFE also available
4) Pressure: 2MPa in centrifugal pumps, 10MPa in piston pumps, 10MPa in valves
5) Temperature: <300°C
6) Linear speed: 4m/s in centrifugal pumps, 2m/s in piston pumps, 2m/s in valves
7) PH range: 0 - 14
8) Thickness: 3.0 - 50mm
